Pak Health Centre is constantly striving to improve the services we provide to you, and we welcome any comments or suggestions that can help us to do so. To provide your feedback, please use our secure online form, or write to us by e-mail or post.
Pak health centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Your GP, our Supervisors, Practice Manager or our reception staff will be happy to help.
Occasionally you may be unhappy about something that has happened or about your treatment. If this is the case please feel free to speak or write to our Complaints Lead, Rashmi Thaman, in confidence if you feel this is necessary by completing the form below.
In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved in-house quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issue and you wish to go further, you may contact Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) which can help resolve issues before they become formal complaints.
What is PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service)? - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
We will then endeavour to put the matter right. If you feel that this has not satisfactorily resolved the problem, you can approach the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to review your case (www.ombudsman.org.uk).
Suggestions & Comments
The practice has a post box in the patient waiting area on the wall where patients can complete a Comments & Suggestion slip and post it anonymously. These slips are collected by our staff and discussed at the practice meetings.
